In their 2016 season opener, Jenkins scored a hat trick in the first half of the match, the Bruins' first hat trick since Sydney Leroux scored one in 2011.[2] She broke her fibula in a match on October 2, 2016, ending her collegiate career.[3]

She signed with the Courage on April 10 and was immediately placed on the 45-day disabled list while she continued to recover from her fibula injury.[4] Jenkins was not added to the active roster in 2017 as she continued to recover from injury.[5]
She would make her debut for the Courage on March 24, 2018 against the Portland Thorns, appearing as a second half substitute.[6] Jenkins appeared in 13 regular season games for the Courage in 2018. She was a stoppage time substitute in the Championship Game as the Courage won the 2018 NWSL Championship by defeating the Portland Thorns 3-0. [7]
