Daniel Zolnikov (born January 29, 1987) is a Republican member of the Montana Legislature.[1] He was elected to House District 47 which represents Billings, Montana After redistricting, he now represents House District 45.[2] He has made a name for himself pursuing pro-privacy legislation.[3]

Much of his privacy legislation was emulated by other states after the Edward Snowden revelations.

He has given talks at DEF CON and Young Americans for Liberty events.
