Daniel Quilter Brown was an American Old Roman Catholic bishop. He was a Roman Catholic layman who left the Catholic Church in the late 1960s because he was dissatisfied with the reforms of the Second Vatican Council. Brown was consecrated a bishop in 1969 by North American Old Roman Catholic Church bishop Hubert A. Rogers.

Brown is significant in the American Traditionalist Catholic movement for his 1971 episcopal consecration of Francis Konrad Schuckardt as a bishop.[1] Schuckardt went on to become a prominent leader on the fringe of the traditionalist Catholic movement in the United States.
