Daniel N. Baker (born 1947) is the Distinguished Professor of Astrophysical and Planetary Science at the University of Colorado Boulder.[5][3] Major awards include membership in the National Academy of Engineering.[2] He received his PhD from the University of Iowa in 1974 and his B.A from the same in 1969.[5][1]
