Dalton Williams (born April 8, 1990) is a former American football quarterback and current graduate assistant for the West Virginia Mountaineers football program. Williams finished playing college football at Akron after transferring from Stephen F. Austin.

    Williams committed to Stephen F. Austin State University on February 9, 2008.[1] Williams was not heavily recruited, and as Stephen F. Austin was the only FCS scholarship he received.[2]

    Akron

    Williams transferred to the University of Akron, with one year of eligibility remaining, following his graduation from Stephen F. Austin.[3]

    Professional career

    Dallas Cowboys

    Williams signed with the Dallas Cowboys after going undrafted in the 2013 NFL Draft. Williams was cut by the Cowboys on July 17, 2013.[4]

    Personal

    His brother Connor was an All-American offensive tackle drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the 2018 NFL Draft.
