Dale Fritz (born 18 November 1969) is an Australian former rugby league footballer.

He played for the Illawarra Steelers, Western Suburbs Magpies, Western Reds and the North Queensland Cowboys in Australia.

In the later stage of his career he played in the European Super League for the Castleford Tigers.

His favoured position was Loose forward/Lock.

Whilst at Castleford Tigers 'Fritzy' was well liked for his strong tackling.

Dale was a popular player for Castleford and is often referred to as a Castleford legend.

Dale Fritz is currently a strength and conditioning coach at Western Suburbs Magpies.[2]
