Daitō (大東市 Daitō-shi) is a city located in Osaka Prefecture, Japan. The city was founded on April 1, 1956.
As of March 31, 2017, the city has an estimated population of 122,227 and a population density of 6,700 persons per km².[1] The total area is 18.27 km².
