Dagar gharana

Dagar Gharana is a dhrupad-based stylized singing founded by Ustad Behram Khan (1753-1878).[1] Some of its popular present day vocalists are Gundecha Brothers.[2][3]

An award Dagar Gharana Award was instituted in 1981.[4] Prakash Chand Surana was one of the recipients of the award.[5]
