Czyżowice [t͡ʂɨʐɔˈvit͡sɛ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Gorzyce, within Wodzisław County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland, close to the Czech border.[1] It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) north of Gorzyce, 4 km (2 mi) south-west of Wodzisław Śląski, and 52 km (32 mi) south-west of the regional capital Katowice.
The village has an approximate population of 3,000.
