Cyriac Thomas

Cyriac Thomas, Ph.D. (born 10 October 1943 in Palai) is a Member of the National Commission for Minority Educational Institutions of India[1] and the former Vice-Chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, India.[2]
