Cryphoeca are a genus of dwarf sheet spiders in the family Hahniidae, although the genus has been transferred to the Cybaeidae,[1] which consists of twelve species with a Holarctic distribution.[1] The genus name Cryphoeca means hidden, in reference to its preference for hiding under loose bark or in stone walls.[2]
