Cristian Ghinea (born 1977) is a Romanian publisher and activist, and from 27 April to 26 October 2016 was Minister of European Funds[1] in the Romanian government of technocrats, under Prime Minister Dacian Cioloș. From October 2017, he is vicepresident of the party Save Romania Union[2].

Before that he was founder and director of organization CRPE.[3] From November 2015 he was appointed councillor for European business in the Cioloș Cabinet.[4]

He was elected in the Chamber of Deputies in the Romanian legislative election, 2016.
