Corinna Schumacher, née Betsch (born 2 March 1969) is the wife of German seven-time Formula One champion Michael Schumacher. The couple married in August 1995 in Germany.

Personal life

A keen horsewoman, in 2010 she won the European Championship in western style horse riding.[1] Corinna is also avid dog lover and a dedicated animal rights activist. In 1997, she gave birth to a daughter, Gina-Maria, who is a professional horse rider,[2] and in 1999, a son, Mick, who competes in formula racing.[3]

Corinna, along with her husband Michael, own horse ranches in Texas,[4] and Switzerland.[5]

After her husband's skiing accident, Corinna sold off his jet and holiday home in Norway.[6]
