Constancio Buanda Manguramas (born 25 January 1935 in Cotabato City) is a Filipino Episcopal bishop. He Served as the first Diocesan Bishop of the Episcopal Diocese of Southern Philippines from 1969 - 1984 when he resigned. His Brother James Manguramas is also a bishop

Ecclesiastical career

He decided to follow religious life, studying at SATS, from 1956 to 1960, where he became a Bachelors in Theology. He later would be conferred a M.D. in 1988. He was ordained to the Episcopal diaconate in 1960 and to the priesthood on 1961.

He was consecrated Bishop on 25 January 1969, he would later become the First bishop in 1972.
