Route 526 (also known as Sheldon Street) is a 1.66 mile long State Road in northern Connecticut. The entire route is inside the town of Suffield.
Route Description
Route 526 begins at Connecticut Route 187 in the Southwestern portion of the town of Suffield, Connecticut. It runs east for 1.2 miles before crossing over Devine Brook. It then runs east again, intersecting with Rosewood Drive and Tainter Street before the road intersects with Route 168 and ends.
History
In 1962, Sheldon Street was given the highway designation of Route 526. The road's highway designation has not changed since it was first created.
