Confluence Project Management

Confluence Project Management (commonly known as Confluence) is an international firm that provides consultancy services for clients in the property, construction, and event industries across Asia, the Middle East, Europe and Australia. The business is headquartered in Singapore, with established regional offices in Hong Kong, India, Australia and the United Arab Emirates offering services in the areas of project and construction management, safety compliance, independent verification as well as strategic time and claims management.

Originally known as APP International, the business was established in 1991 as the international arm of its parent company in Australia, APP Corporation.[1] The start-up team first ventured to Indonesia to deliver the Radisson Red Top Square hotel in Jakarta and soon established its headquarters on 25 May 1996 in Singapore. In early 2007, the company was rebranded to Confluence following the acquisition of APP by Transfield Services.[2] Since its foundation in 1991, the company has delivered projects in sectors including leisure facilities, theme parks, commercial developments, residential, hotels, resorts, retail and mixed-use developments, among others.

In 2013 the company was acquired by Atkins, through his subsidiary Faithful+Gould.
