The Confederation of Vocational Unions (Norwegian: Yrkesorganisasjonenes Sentralforbund, YS) is a national trade union center, an umbrella organization of labour unions in Norway.

It was established in 1977 as a non-partisan alternative to the Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions (LO). As at 2009 it had about 215,000 members.[1] It is a member body of the International Trade Union Confederation, the European Trade Union Confederation, the Council of Nordic Trade Unions and the Trade Union Advisory Committee to the OECD.[2]

Leaders have been Egil Sandberg (1977–1981),[3] Eldri Langåker (1981–1986),[4] Gunnar Caspersen (acting, 1986–1987),[5] Jan Andersen-Gott (1987–1993),[6] Eva Bjøreng (1993–1996),[7] Randi Bjørgen (1996–2006),[8] Tore Eugen Kvalheim (2006–2013) and Jorunn Berland (2013–present).
