CloudCommerce

CloudCommerce, Inc., is a company based in the United States.[1] It is notable for instances of financial misconduct reportedly committed by its senior members Jonathan Lei[2][3] and Andrew van Noy,[3][4] and for its acquisition of companies engaged in electioneering for U.S. President Donald Trump.

Notable acquisitions and subsidiaries

In August 2017, CloudCommerce acquired, for $9 million, the web development company Giles-Parscale, co-owned by Brad Parscale, Trump's digital campaign manager,[2][5][6] and his business partner Jill Giles.[7][8][9] Giles-Parscale was paid $94 million for its work on the Trump 2016 U.S. Presidential election campaign, and gained notoriety for its expenditure on Cambridge Analytica psychometrics and Facebook advertisements.[5] Following the acquisition, Parscale and Giles joined CloudCommerce's board of directors.[2][7][8]

In February 2018, CloudCommerce created the subsidiary Data Propria, employing at least four former Cambridge Analytica staffers.
