Clifford Estates (祈福新邨 in Chinese, in pinyin: qífú xīncūn) is a residential area in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China. The developer is Clifford Group.

The estates cover an area of more than 500 hectares with population of 160,000 representing people from 70 countries and regions.[1]

Clifford Estates includes Clifford International School, Clifford Hospital, a bus station (Clifford Estate Station), taxi station, the Clifford Hotel, and a police station. The nearest metro station is Hanxi Changlong. It also includes many shuttle bus stations.

Entering the residential area requires an identity card or other permit.

Internal shuttle bus

The internal shuttle buses go within Clifford. They are free but require an identity card or other permit. There are nine internal shuttle bus lines: lines 1, 2, 3, 5 (4 is omitted as it is an unlucky number in Chinese culture), 6, 7, 8, A, C.

Clifford Wonderland

Clifford Estates also includes a modern-inspired outlet/mall, that consists of over 109 restaurants and shops. There is a small park/kid playing area at the center of the internal Clifford Wonderland. It includes a zipline, a enormous ballpit and some toy shops
