Claude Klee

Claude Elise Klee (1932 - April 4, 2017) was a French-born American biochemist. In 1982, she was elected to the Institute of Medicine.

Life

She graduated from University of Marseille. From 1959 to 1960, she was a fellow at the National Institute of Mental Health. In 1961, she worked with Herbert Tabor Louis Sokoloff, and Maxine Singer. In 1966, she started a research lab at National Institute of Arthritis and Metabolic Diseases. In 1974, she joined the Laboratory of Biochemistry.[1]
