Claire Fitzsimmons

Claire Fitzsimmons, better known as Ms. Fitz,[1] is an Australian stylist and artist living in New York City.[2][3]

Biography

Claire Fitzsimmons was born in Byron Bay, Australia,[4] and lived in Sydney. She studied political philosophy at the university, and she was a fashion editor for an avant-garde zine and a backup dancer for electronic musician Peaches and rapper Rye Rye.[3][5]

Claire Fitzsimmons moved to New York City in 2009, looking for a more diverse subculture environment. She created a blog and posted stylish colorful GIF, growing her online popularity. She was also an event producer for the magazine Paper.[5] In 2012, she was working on 42 outfits for live tigers, and launched her line of jewelry that same year.[3] She also curated a fashion design show during the New York Fashion Week.[5]

In 2018, Claire Fitzsimmons launched a provocative, fashion-related website called Salty.[6]
