Cláudia Teresa Pires Neto is a Portuguese football midfielder who plays for German Frauen-Bundesliga club VfL Wolfsburg.[1]
Neto started playing futsal with UAC Lagos. In 2008, she turned to association football and signed for Prainsa Zaragoza in Spain's Superliga.[2][3] Five years later she moved to RCD Espanyol, where she played just one season.[4] Neto moved to Sweden and signed with Linköpings FC in 2014.
Neto is the current captain of the Portuguese national team helping guide the team to the 2017 UEFA Women's European Championships.[5]
