Cillian O'Connor (born 1992) is a Gaelic footballer and captain for the Mayo senior team. He plays his club football for Ballintubber. O'Connor has started at full forward in three All-Ireland football finals: the 2012 decider, which Mayo lost by 0-13 to 2-11 against Donegal , 2013 decider, which Mayo lost by 1-14 to 2-12 against Dublin - O'Connor scored five frees in the former and eight frees in the latter and the 2016 final losing to Dublin in the replay by one point.
Personal life
He went to St. Gerald's College for his Secondary School education, in Castlebar, Co. Mayo.
