Cihat Arslan (born 9 February 1970) is a Turkish former footballer and currently a football manager. He is currently in charge of Akhisar Belediyespor.[1]

As of December 2015, he is manager of Süper Lig side Akhisar Belediyespor at 2015–16 season.[2] He was fired on 1 September 2016.
