Christian Löffler (born 5 April 1985) is a German DJ, musician and record producer.[2]

Early life and career

Löffler started playing music at the age of 14. Despite living in a community where music lacked, he started teaching himself to make electronic music. Löffler described his music as "...connected by a gloomy spirit, which is minted by a warm sincerity. I try to merge all kinds of different acoustic colors to obtain this feeling in my music."[3] He released Heights as an EP in 2009 via his record label, Ki Records, which he co-founded with his friend.[4][5] His debut studio album A Forest was also released via the label alongside several other EPs.[6]

In 2014, he released Young Alaska as an EP.[7] In 2016, Mare was released as his second studio album.[8][9][10] In 2017, he released a reworked version of Mare.[11][12] In 2018, he remixed the Neil Cowley Trio song "Death Of Amygdala".[13]
