Choi Heong Yuen Bakery

Choi Heong Yuen Bakery (Chinese: 咀香園餅家; Jyutping: zeoi2 hoeng1 jyun4 beng2 gaa1; Portuguese: Pastelaria Choi Heong Yuen) is one of Macau's best-known bakery chains, specializing in traditional pastries, particularly the almond cookie.[1][2] The chain was founded in 1935 by a Macanese immigrant from Zhongshan.[2]
