Chinavasion Wholesale Ltd. is a Hong Kong-based e-commerce company that was founded in 2004 by Jeffrey Ulrich. It was the first[1] e-commerce company in China which offered selling items in small quantities via web portals.
The company is headquartered in Shenzhen. It provides online business-to-consumer and business-to-business sales of electronic products from Chinese manufactures. The company takes its name from two words: China and Invasion. It means invasion of electronic gadgets[2] from China. That's how the words China and inVasion came together to become ChinaVasion.
