Chaturbhuj Sthan

Chaturbhuj Sthan is a red-light district in Muzaffarpur, a district in the state of Bihar, India.[1] The area is said to exist since the Mughal period and is home to more than 3,500 sex workers.[2]

The place got its name from the famous Chaturbhuj Sthan Temple located there.

RT TV released documentaries featuring the hopes and fears of Muzaffarpur's red light slaves. The title of the documentary was "Dance Sex Dance - The story of an Indian street".[3][4]
