Charles "Charlie" Harary (born July 1977) is an American investor, strategic adviser and professor who has gained fame as a motivational speaker, radio show host, and television personality.

Education

Harary received his bachelor's degree in political science and communications from Queens College, graduating magna cum laude. He then attended Columbia Law School,[1] where he was a James Kent Scholar and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.[2]

Career

Harary is the Senior Director of Capital Markets at RXR Realty, a real estate company based in New York. Prior to that, Harary co-founded H3 & Company, a venture capital and advisory firm based in New York. Prior to H3 Capital, Harary was a vice president at RXR Realty. Prior to that, he worked as an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Davis Polk & Wardwell.

Speaking

Harary has become a world-renowned lecturer, traveling extensively both domestically and internationally to speak on topics of personal growth and business strategy and productivity for nearly two decades.[3] Leveraging his unique expertise on personal success and social impact, Charlie has become a sought-after speaker featured each year by almost 100 different organizations, businesses, conventions, and academic institutions. He has created dozens of videos that have received worldwide attention reaching hundreds of thousands of people across the globe.[4]

Radio

Harary hosts a weekly podcast entitled The Charlie Harary Show on TheBlaze Radio Network. The show delves into important lessons that he takes from the top stories of the week. The show has received a good review from publisher Michael Harrison. In a recent profile on Harary, Harrison said Harary offers “tremendous richness, authenticity and power-packed content to his performances that combine fresh angles with facts and analysis not usually heard in mainstream news/talk radio.”[5]

Prior to airing on TheBlaze Radio Network, The Charlie Harary Show aired Saturday nights on WABC.

Harary also hosts The Boardroom, a weekly business-centered radio show on the Nachum Segal Network (NSN) network. The Boardroom is syndicated on multiple platforms across the globe.[6]

Harary hosts a podcast entitled, Unlocking Greatness where he interviews successful entrepreneurs, thought leaders, change agents, influencers and experts, intending to understand how they achieved their success.[7] Unlocking Greatness has been rated Top Ten Business Podcasts for iTunes, New and Noteworthy for June 2015.

TV

In May 2015, Harary launched #TheAskCharlieShow, a video based question-and-answer show where he answers questions submitted by the audience pertaining to issues of personal growth and productivity found in the business setting.[8] Harary has been featured on CNBC as well as The Wall Street Journal Radio Network, where he discussed issues of interest to the business world.[9][10]

Academic

Harary lives with his wife and children in New York City.
