Charlie Clemmow (born 31 July 1986, Leamington Spa) is an English actress known for her role as Imogen Hollins in the BBC soap opera Doctors.

Career

Charlie Clemmow was brought up just outside Stratford-upon-Avon, and was educated at Bromsgrove School,[1] the National Youth Theatre,[1] and Guildhall School of Music and Drama.[1] In 2009 Clemmow was cast as troubled teenager Imogen Hollins (a character 7 years her junior) in the BBC soap opera Doctors; and remained in the role for almost four years.[1] She left the show to return to the theatre in the Victorian farce Charley's Aunt at The Menier Chocolate Factory, alongside Mathew Horne, in 2012.

Clemmow has recently filmed the part of Anne Simpson in the one off, half an hour TV drama "The Tractate Middoth", written and directed by Mark Gatiss - based on one of M. R. James's chilling short stories - a period drama and ghost story for BBC2 starring Una Stubbs, Louise Jameson and Sacha Dhawan.

More recently Clemmow's voice over work has expanded; and she is now the voice of L'Oreal's "Miss Punky" and "Miss Manga" Mascara, in the UK and Europe. She has also done voice over work for Microsoft, Canon Inc., Lidl and Charlotte Tilbury.
