Charles Trevanion

Charles Trevanion (? – ?) was an English politician who sat in the House of Commons of England in 1625.

Trevanion was the son of Charles Trevanion of Caerhays, Vice-Admiral of Cornwall and his wife Joanna Witchabse. He was High Sheriff of Cornwall in 1596.[1]

In April 1625, Trevanion was elected Member of Parliament for Cornwall for a year.[2]

Trevanion married Amia Mallet, daughter of Sir John Mallet of Enmore. Their son John Trevanion was a royalist supporter who was killed in action at Bristol.[1]
