Charles Melvin "Chick" Justice aka "Grunkle Peebes" (January 26, 1909 February 26, 1981) was the head coach of the University of New Hampshire's football team for the 1942 and 1944 seasons. The 1943 season was suspended because of World War II. He compiled a 7–3 record.
