Charles C. Butler

Charles C. Butler was a jurist in the State of Colorado.

Biography

Butler was born on February 6, 1865 to Washington Irving and Henrietta Butler in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.[1] On June 5, 1901 he married Emma Allen.

Career

From 1912 to 1926, Butler was judge in the Colorado district court. He was a Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court 1927 to 1937, serving as Chief Justice from 1935 to 1936.
