Chararica hystriculella is a species of snout moth in the genus Chararica. It was described by Hulst in 1889. It is found in Texas and southern Florida.[1]

The wingspan is about 20 mm. The forewings are whitish except for a brownish basal patch and brownish shading beyond the line running from the apex to the middle of the inner margin. The hindwings are pale gray with a dull yellow terminal line.
