Chaetolopha pseudooxyntis is a moth in the family Geometridae. It is found in Australia (Queensland).[2]

The wingspan is about 10 millimetres (0.39 in). The wings are pale brown with a large dark brown triangle outlined in white on the forewings.[3]

The larvae probably feed on Polypodiophyta species.
