Cercanias Sevilla is a Commuter rail system operating in and around the Seville metropolitan area. Currently, it contains 5 separate lines, 251 kilometres of railway and 37 stations.[2]
Lines and Service Patterns
Cercanias Sevilla consists of five lines:
- C1: a north-south line connecting Lora del Rio to Utrera via Seville (some trains proceed to Las Cabezas de San Juan and Lebrija).
- C2: a short line connecting the Seville city center to Isla de La Cartuja.
- C3: a northern line connecting Seville to towns in the Sierra Norte de Sevilla.
- C4: a loop line connecting several eastern neighborhoods to the center.
- C5: a western line connecting Seville to Benacazón.
