Central District (Varzaqan County)

The Central District of Varzaqan County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان ورزقان‎) is a district (bakhsh) in Varzaqan County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 33,955, in 7,619 families.[1] The District has one city: Varzaqan. The District has four rural districts (dehestan): Bakrabad Rural District, Ozomdel-e Jonubi Rural District, Ozomdel-e Shomali Rural District, and Sina Rural District.
