Cedric McMillan (born August 17, 1977) is an American IFBB professional bodybuilder and Army Instructor. His most recent victory was the 2017 Arnold Classic.[1][2][3][4] In 2015 McMillan was one of the bodybuilders Slate magazine profiled in an article entitled, "Has Gay Panic Ruined Body-building?"[5]
