Catmose Primary School is located in Oakham, Rutland, England. It was established in the 1960s as the Southfield Community Primary School.

In 2010 the Southfield School entered a Federation with the secondary Catmose College[1] and changed its name to Catmose Primary.

In January 2012 the Governing Body of Catmose Primary passed a resolution to pursue conversion to academy status.[2] In April 2012 the school became an academy within the Catmose Federation.
