Carolyn Griffiths
Carolyn Griffiths FREng is a railway engineer. She was the first Chief Inspector of the UK's Rail Accident Investigation Branch and a President of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.[1][2][3][4]
Griffiths was elected Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering (FREng) in 2013.[5]
