Carmelo Filardi

Carmelo Filardi was a Puerto Rican artist who was one of the more well-known persons in Yauco, Puerto Rico.[1]

He was a caricaturist and his work is included in University of Puerto Rico collections.[2]

His first published cartoon in El Mundo was in 1927.[3]

There is a Carmelo Filardi Medal award.[4]
