Caroline Elizabeth "Carlyn" Chisholm, Baroness Chisholm of Owlpen (born 23 December 1951) is a British life peer and member of the House of Lords. She sits as Conservative.
She was made life peer as Baroness Chisholm of Owlpen, of Owlpen in the County of Gloucestershire, on 16 September 2014.[1] She is the daughter of John Wyndham, 6th Baron Leconfield,[2] and Pamela Wyndham, Lady Egremont.
