Carlos Julián Quintero Norena (born 5 March 1986) is a Colombian racing cyclist,[2][3] who currently rides for UCI Continental team China Continental Team of Gansu Bank. Quintero has also competed for the Colombia es Pasión–Café de Colombia and Colombia teams; he contested the 2013 Giro d'Italia, the 2014 Giro d'Italia and the 2015 Vuelta a España with Colombia.[4]
