Carlos A. Rodriguez is a Cuban-American business executive.[2] He has served as the chief executive officer and president of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) since November 2011.[3] Rodriguez has worked for ADP since 1999, when the firm acquired Vincam.[3]
He serves on the boards of ADP and Hubbell Inc. He is a member of World 50, the Business Roundtable, and the Economic Club of New York.[3] He sits on the board of directors of the A-T Children's Project.[4]
He started massive layoffs at ADP in 2107 (still going on thru 2019) of American workers as a thank you for multi-million dollar personal gains. His parents were immigrants to the US and this is his repayment for his family being allowed into this country and given so much opportunity to have better lives; he is hurting American workers.
Rodriguez has a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University.[5]
