Carl D. Melton
Carl D. Melton (October 14, 1927 – August 17, 2016) was an American judge and politician.
From Henderson, Kentucky, Melton served in the United States Army Air Forces during World War II. In 1951, Melton received his law degree from the University of Louisville School of Law. He served as a Commonwealth's Attorney and county attorney. Melton also served in the Kentucky House of Representatives in 1954 and 1956 and was a Democrat. He served as a Kentucky Circuit Court judge. Melton died at Baptist Health Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky.[1][2][3]
