The glittering kingfisher or white-rumped kingfisher (Caridonax fulgidus) is a species of bird in the family Alcedinidae. It is monotypic within the genus Caridonax.[2] It is endemic to Indonesia, where its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest and subtropical or tropical moist montane forest.[1]

Description

It is dark blue all over, except it undersides and rump which are white. It has red feet and bill. Its eyes are dark brown.
