"Can I Change My Mind" is a 1968 single recorded by soul singer Tyrone Davis. It was his featured debut and in early 1969 replaced Marvin Gaye's "I Heard It through the Grapevine" to become the number-one song on the Billboard Hot R&B Singles chart, and was also a Top 5 Pop Hit, peaking at number five on the Hot 100 [1] It was also an R.I.A.A. Certified Million-Seller. [2]
