Calytrix birdii is a species of plant in the myrtle family Myrtaceae that is endemic to Western Australia.[1]

The shrub typically grows to a height of 0.3 to 0.6 metres (1 to 2 ft) and can reach as high as 1.2 m (4 ft). It blooms between September and November producing purple star-shaped flowers[1]

Often found on sandplains in the south western Goldfields-Esperance region where it grows in sandy soils.
