Cain Ginyilitshe Ndabazekhaya Mathema is the Minister of Home Affairs and Cultural Heritage from 07 September 2018 under Emmerson Mnangagwa. He was previously the Minister of Welfare Services for War Veterans, War Collaborators and Former Political Detainees Zimbabwe
In late February 2008, he was present at rally supporting ZANU-PF candidate Sikhanyiso Ndlovu's bid for the Pelandaba-Mpopoma constituency seat.[1]
