C45 is a highway in Namibia which begins at Oshakati and ends at Katanda, when traveling eastbound. The segments in Oshana and Ohangwena are paved while the segment in Kavango West is not.[1] The main branch crosses B1 near Okatope. C45 runs through the capital of the Ohangwena Region, Eenhana. In Eenhana, there is a taxi rank where one can pay to travel along C45 to Okongo. The last major settlement on C45 is Mpungu.
